Don't panic, our data recovery service can help

Our Data Recovery Service works on a 'no-fix, no-fee' promise, if we don't succeed in recovering any of your data then you pay us nothing.

If your disk or media can still be recognised by your PC then we can normally recover all your data to DVD or external hard drive using specialist software and equipment in our office.

We can also recover other forms of lost data such as corrupt Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel etc.) or files/systems where the password has been forgotten or lost, contact us to ask for details on pricing. 

Option 1

Use this option for media that has no been physically damaged and where the data has been lost by one of the following:

• System crash
• Virus infection
• Accidental deletion
• Disk format (this only works if you haven't tried to write anything to the disk since)
• PDA / Camera errors that have caused memory card corruption

Option 2

This option is for recovery work that will need to be carried out in our partners fully equipped laboratory. This is the only recommended option for any recovery involving these scenarios:

• The drive is no longer recognised by the BIOS
• The drive does not spin up or
• The drive is making clicking or scraping noises
• The drive(s) are connected to a RAID controller

• CD/DVD, memory cards or USB memory devices
• DAT / DLT Tape  or cartridge media
