My office is mainly Mac based (with a couple of PCs) and recently had a problem with IP addresses clashes, which was drastically slowing my network down and also affecting the internet speeds. Tony came out at very short notice and sorted this problem out with the minimum of fuss and at an extremely competitive rate. Also, the fact that it was a cross-platform network of Macs and PCs did not phase Tony in the slightest.
About 2-3 years ago, my system crashed beyond what I thought would be salvageable. I could not get my main computer to even boot up. To say I was upset is an understatement - I felt that my entire business had just fallen to pieces. However, Tony managed to salvage every single job I had ever done over a period of just a few hours. He then installed a new hard drive on my main mac and transferred all the files (intact) back into their original locations - my business was saved!
