Our consultants work with you to determine the servers and technologies to be supported and develop a service contract that is custom designed for your business. Each contract includes just the number of service hours that your business requires to ensure optimal performance with proactive support to avoid nasty surprises. We perform all maintenance and service tasks that arise on a priority scheduling basis, this ensures that we focus on keeping businesses running. Your contract will include a number of service hours and an outline of services to be performed on a regular basis.
The typical contract starts at four hours a month, billed monthly in advance, see here for details.
For businesses who don't take one of our support plans we provide an emergency on call service on a subject to availability basis. We will prioritise your service call after our service contract customer obligations have been met. This typically results in service to your business within 8 hours, but can be quicker if our schedule allows.
