Independent opticians Arthur Hayes Optometrists has been operating for over 70 years and has branches in East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough. Despite the age of the company, the technology it uses for eye tests and the assessment and monitoring of sight-related conditions and diseases is state-of-the-art.
What was needed: The businesses needed a refreshed IT system which had to be designed to be mindful of budget, but without compromising quality. It needed to support a new cloud-based practice management system in premises that had limited space, as well as being suitable for front of house use in the newly refurbished sites.
